Jack and I enjoyed a lovely Easter dinner with our friends last night. We had an absolutely delicious meal of lamb, potatoes and carrots followed by a yummy homemade Danish dessert, aebleskiver.
The aebleskiver has a pancake-like consistency and is cooked on a stove-top in a special pan. They are meant to be dipped in jam and then in powdered sugar.
Our raspberry jam was even homemade. My first aebleskiver experience was fantasticly delicious and even better when enjoyed with good friends and good wine.
