Well folks, we've made it halfway through the week, congratulations. I added a few more photos to the Domicile tab so be sure to check them out. I also thought I would share a picture or two from this Argentinian food trailer, SOCO Burgers, that Jack and I tried out a couple weeks ago.
Jack's definitely looks more tasty than mine, loaded with a grilled pineapple, mushrooms, a unique and mysterious meat blend on the patty, pickles, onions and peppers. On their own these ingredients are nothing special and definitely not the style of a fancy restaurant burger, but it was hearty, delicious and I can honestly say I've never had a burger like it. Yummy.
My burger was a simple, classic cheeseburger and it too was yummy. This little food trailer is located in the parking lot of HEB. We pass it every day on our way home and every single day the smells are overwhelmingly tempting, we finally gave in and I'm so glad we did. If you are looking for a quick, simple, hearty burger that will satisfy your cravings, this is the place to go.
